Jim Woolley

Recent work has concentrated on oil studies of the Cornish coastal landscape painted outside on location, abstract sculptures influenced by the figure and natural forms, especially beach forms, and figurative sculpture inspired by classical household gods. Studied at Chelsea School of Art and Frink School of Figurative Sculpture. Artist in Residence at Burton Agnes Hall, East Yorkshire, 1997. Paintings in the collections of Hampshire County Council (Public Catalogue Foundation) and Burton Agnes Hall Preservation Trust.

Has shown with "The Discerning Eye", London and Royal West of England Academy, Bristol. Paintings are on show at The Westcroft Gallery in Kingsand, Arthouse Gallery in St Ives, Artmill Gallery in Plymouth. Please check opening times with the galleries. Prices on this page are for FRAMED WORK.
